Man was made to work hard for our Whole Food, try plowing the earth with your hand tools, try digging one hole and see how tired you get, then waiting for the wholefood to grow, and then eating the whole food. This process did not happen in one day, they may not have eaten for days depending on the season of growth.
Now you just go to the Supermarket and buy all the wholefood or packaged food you want with no work involved, easy and convenient. You have all the processed food, canned food, frozen food, packaged food, fried food, sugar drinks, Boxed Food or should I say "DEAD FOOD"
We were meant to work & sweat to get our Whole food, you have to be wise to understand that you need to create your own exercise plan of aerobics, cardio and lifting weights; in other words you need to work-out until you Sweat!
You were made to work hard so go back to the beginning of time and study-Genesis- to learn the basics which I have presented to you.
